KTR has always been committed to our KTR family, our clients, and our community locally and internationally, it is embedded into our mission statement.
Director Michele Birtchnell said “doing the right thing” is something that our organization implements daily, it’s the opening line of our mission statement and is implemented across our entire company. We provide a service in high-level security and healthcare and our clients must trust us in delivering their required outcomes. After all, it is their loved ones that we may be protecting, supporting, or caring for.”
Doing the right thing is not just about having policies and procedures in place, which is important, it is ensuring that everyone within the organization knows that their actions have an impact and that they make a difference. Taking responsibility for our actions means that we can deliver better outcomes that benefit not only the business, but also gives our KTR family a core value and helps us to support our local and wider community, and leads us to a sustainable environmentally aware future.
The UN Sustainable Development goals (SDGs) also plays an immeasurable part in all our futures and aligns with KTR’s core values. KTR support SDGs by taking responsibility and acting more proactively to make our business more sustainable. Our focus areas
