Interface to Alcatel 4400 digital telephony. Sends text style messages to Cisco handsets via nurse allocation feature, uses rosters and allocation of device to bed or to room with multiple beds. Provides dynamic acceptance or escalation message status in reporting and on white boards to assist with workflow.
