302-1021 Generic input interface

The Generic in gateway is an extremely flexible method of passing messages from external systems into the CCM. Typical applications include sending fire alarm panel alerts through to pagers and Nurse-call events through to wireless handsets. Basically any simple (or not so simple!) incoming text alert event can be accepted by the Generic gateway and passed out to a multitude of devices and destinations as text message.
